Office Assistant
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The role involves managing general office services, supporting travel arrangements, coordinating with departments, and contributing to marketing and finance activities. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and possesses excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Management: Handle general services for the office, including reordering supplies, managing supplier orders, and organizing shipments via courier.
2. Travel Support: Assist colleagues in travel arrangements, such as booking flights, taxis, and overnight accommodations.
3. Parking Operations: Manage the company car fleet effectively.
4. Marketing Support: Provide assistance to the marketing department in organizing events, managing social media channels, and monitoring action plans.
5. Financial Coordination: Collaborate with the finance office for accurate and timely invoice management.
Requirements
1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
2. Educational Background: A degree in humanities or economics. Graduates with relevant experience in multinational contexts will also be considered.
3. Language Skills: Proficient in English.
4. Technical Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
