Our products and people make the world a better place For our Foamglas Building Business in Europe, we are looking for a Customer Communication & Content Manager who will partner closely with the Marketing & Technical team, Regulatory, and the Commercial organization to define and implement the organization's overall content strategy. You will play a pivotal role in the success of our business through increasing web traffic, brand awareness, and generating qualified leads. What does success look like? The Customer Communication & Content Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the organization's overall content strategy, aligned with the business and marketing strategies. (S)He contributes to our team’s ambition to become our business’s most effective lead engine by creating customer-engaging content and relevant customer communication programs to showcase pertinent value propositions in order to nurture our customers. You will also manage the pool of marketing specialists and allocate resources appropriately to business strategy. Identifying actions and executing according to plan: Develop content marketing strategies and customer communication programs in support of business targets. Measure and evaluate based on preset goals. Build a Social Media Strategy for the respective product brand, execute on it at the group level, and coach the marketing team on execution in their local platforms. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business objectives and timelines. Stay up to date with the latest developments in communication and marketing trends to ensure all content is relevant and impactful. Analyze web traffic metrics and evaluate activities and channels through PowerBI dashboards to inform the content strategy and enable data-driven decision-making. Content Creation Lead the editorial board and implement optimized processes. Create, edit, and review content for marketing materials and campaigns, such as detail brochures, websites, videos, and social media posts. This includes finding creative ways to increase the effectiveness of messages and create a great customer experience. Collaborate with subject matter experts, sales leaders, customer care, and legal to ensure campaigns and user journeys fit customer needs and align with applicable requirements and guidelines. Ensure all content is written in a clear, concise, and engaging manner that is appropriate for the target audience. Ensure visibility Optimize content considering SEO, CRO, and Google Analytics. Manage and optimize Paid Media campaigns related to your customer communication programs. Share content through group channels, ensuring strong presence and necessary reach. To succeed in this role, you need: A strong business mindset. You are curious about our customer needs and able to translate them into value propositions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. A creative and innovative flair for content creation and campaign design. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business objectives and timelines. Intimate knowledge of all relevant social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, etc.). A collaborative and team-oriented attitude, able to work across functions and geographies. Affinity with sustainability is a plus. An analytical mindset and a data-driven marketing approach. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Proficiency in English. Italian, Swedish, or French are a plus. 5 years of experience in a similar position.
