Job Description:
You will be responsible for building connections, understanding customer needs, and delivering results in a fast-paced sales environment. You will work with a portfolio of iconic brands, leveraging real-time information and digital tools to create lasting value for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a designated territory, nurturing existing customers and finding new ones to grow the business.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues, prioritizing teamwork over individual goals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial partners, using interpersonal skills to drive success.
* Strategically use resources to achieve targets, considering environmental sustainability.
* Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to craft business reviews and proposals for strategic investments.
* Negotiate contracts, ensure product visibility and availability, and execute trade marketing calendars.
* Manage company assets on the market and in customer outlets.
* Use sales tools to report and ensure store quality.
Requirements:
* High school degree or higher education currently pursued.
* Experience in a similar role or a track record of achievements.
* Valid driver's license.
