Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Retail Manager to join our luxury alpine resort. In this role, you will manage the boutique that offers a curated selection of high-end clothing, accessories, and skincare products. Our boutique is a key part of the resort experience, blending the elegance of luxury shopping with the beauty of alpine nature. You’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and well-cared for while representing the essence of our brand.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a first-class, personalized shopping experience for our guests, providing expert product knowledge and showcasing the boutique's luxurious offerings.
* Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining the overall ambiance of the boutique to reflect the resort’s unique luxury aesthetic.
* Stay well-versed in the boutique’s clothing, accessories, and skincare lines, helping customers find the perfect pieces that meet their needs and enhance their resort experience.
* Sales Performance: Support the achievement of sales goals by maximizing opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, while also offering tailored recommendations to each guest.
* Collect and report on customer feedback to continuously enhance the shopping experience and improve the boutique’s offerings.
* Work closely with the resort team, visual merchandiser, and corporate office to ensure seamless operations and alignment with brand standards.
* Assist with stock levels and product displays, ensuring the boutique is always fully stocked with high-demand products, and keep the displays visually appealing and on-brand.
Requirements
* Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English.
