Industrial Manufacturing & Processes Engineering Department
We are seeking an Industrial Manufacturing & Processes Engineer with a strong background in Industrial Engineering, technical knowledge, and excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the entire product development cycle, including:
1. Optimizing production flows;
2. Sustaining and improving assembly process performance;
3. Improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by reducing downtime;
4. Designing, procuring, and implementing new production tools;
5. Developing procedures and operating instructions for assembly and rework;
6. Promoting continuous improvement of performance and quality metrics;
7. Preparing acquisition and release plans for new processes and assembly/inspection machines;
8. Collaborating with Design, Engineering, and Technologies to enhance automatic assembly processes;
9. Estimating assembly process times and analyzing production Standard Costs;
10. Supporting suppliers on assembly and continuous improvement processes;
11. Designing and optimizing manufacturing processes that are efficient, safe, and cost-effective;
12. Defining new or updated standards/assembly or test methods to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement of APUs.

Key Skills
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
1. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers, supervisors, assembly, and maintenance operators;
2. Strong communication, planning, and organization skills;
3. Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology/tools, including RCA, SPC, FMEA, and DOE;
4. Analysis and problem-solving skills;
5. Proficiency in English (spoken and written), with French being an asset.
