For a major multinational group with a manufacturing site located in Veneto, a global leader in the design and production of material handling machinery and with a presence in over 90 countries worldwide, we are currently seeking a QUALITY BUILD MANAGER.
Reporting directly to the Quality Director and leading a team of 20 people, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with established quality standards throughout all stages of the production process, providing guidance and support;
- Managing, training, and developing the Quality Control team;
- Creating, implementing, and updating control plans for manufacturing processes in close coordination with the Quality team;
- Applying statistical techniques to define, monitor, and verify process capability and product characteristics, in order to support and enhance the decision-making process;
- Analyzing non-conformities and planning corrective actions when necessary, ensuring effective and prompt problem resolution and prevention;
- Regularly monitoring and updating quality performance indicators, by promoting a culture of continuous improvement through data analysis and by suggesting improvements to the control process.
The ideal candidate has:
* Excellent knowledge of quality control methodologies (failure analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective actions);
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline;
* Strong skills in using quality metrics (DPU – Defects Per Unit, RFT – Right First Time, Rework Hours) and quality management tools (Six Sigma, FMEA, etc.);
* Significant experience in a similar role, preferably gained within automotive industries.

* Proficiency in English;
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
* Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
