Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in Italian and English.
Other requirements: Willingness to be geographically mobile (domestic) throughout rotations.

What will you do?
As an Engineering Graduate, you can expect to develop your knowledge and gain experience in a number of these areas:
* Project manage the entire lifecycle of new equipment, from design to installation and commissioning, ensuring seamless integration into our operations.
* Collaborate with machine and equipment suppliers to develop optimal technical solutions and services that align with our business objectives.
* Play a vital role in the design, execution, and validation testing of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Enhance the reliability, performance, and safety of manufacturing equipment and utilities, contributing to a robust operational environment.
* Implement innovative digital solutions to enhance process efficiency and uphold product quality standards.
* Support engineering resource management to ensure the safety and effectiveness of systems, contract maintenance, and capital project requirements.
* Identify and advocate engineering best practices and emerging technologies as part of our digital transformation journey.
* Contribute to asset management and maintenance, leveraging techniques such as condition-based monitoring and predictive maintenance for optimal equipment performance.
* Develop and review standard operating procedures relevant to safe systems of work in our control document management system.

* Provide day-to-day support for risk assessments, equipment issues, and breakdowns, ensuring swift resolution and continuous improvement.
* Lead cross-functional teams in troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
* Stay informed with cutting-edge technologies in the field of engineering to inform and enhance our practices.
