Junior Key Account Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Key Account Manager to support the National Key Account Manager in achieving sales, distribution, and growth objectives for assigned clients in Italy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Achieve sales, distribution, and assortment objectives in assigned customers (WHS, Chains, and Networks).
2. Contribute to defining commercial policy and sell-out plans by key customer and channel. Ensure proper execution and implementation of agreed policy.
3. Provide accurate sales and trade budget forecasts, monitoring key customers' performance versus target.
4. Negotiate commercial agreements with key customers according to company guidelines.
5. Build durable relationships with key customers aiming at mutual long-term satisfaction.
6. Analyze sales/stock in trade and budget statistics, track agreed sales KPIs, and address deviations with adequate action plans.
Minimum Requirements
1. University Degree with Scientific and Economic background preferred.
2. Background in Pharma/Medical Device Business in Italy beneficial.
3. Knowledge of wholesale channels.
4. Strong communication and organizational skills.
5. Good analytical skills.
6. Competent English level.
