Our client, a specialist boutique consultancy with a strong MBB heritage, is looking for a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join their growing team. With a global footprint and over 400 client engagements, they deliver rapid and tailored solutions to help leading organisations improve sales performance and customer operations.

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a high-performing Consultant or Senior Consultant with a background in strategy consulting from a strategy consultancy and a passion for using data to drive customer and sales excellence. You should be comfortable working closely with clients, have strong analytical skills, and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
What You’ll Do:
Support and lead customer strategy and sales effectiveness projects
Conduct data analysis and Excel modelling to extract insights and drive recommendations
Develop high-quality deliverables including impactful PowerPoint presentations and reports
Engage directly with clients across all levels to gather insights and present solutions
Collaborate within tight-knit teams, contributing to a culture of excellence and capability-building
Stay on top of emerging industry trends and best practices in customer operations
Key Skills & Experience:
3+ years in consulting or a client-facing strategy role
Strong analytical mindset and Excel modelling capabilities
Confident communicator with excellent presentation and storytelling skills
Experience working on customer service, customer experience, sales strategy, revenue increase
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to high standards
Fluent in English and Italian; additional language skills are a bonus
The role is flexible, with a coworking space in Milan. Candidates can be based throughout Europe. Occasional client travel including international
