We are looking for an HR Administration Assistant to join our HR Administration and Payroll Team in our Personal Care Division based in Calenzano (FI). How you make the difference The HR Administration Assistant is an essential role to ensure the correct administrative management of people. It supports HR Administration processes such as contracts, attendance, onboarding and contributes to operational efficiency and compliance with company regulations. We are looking for a motivated candidate willing to learn new topics in the broader HR domain and available to take into consideration a future relocation. How your agenda looks like: Attendance management for the site population Management of mandatory communications to the Authorities Preparation and sending of accident reports Preparation of employment letters, salary and organizational changes Site population induction management Compilation of statistical surveys Front office in the management of relations with site employees. Your team: You will report directly to our HR Administration & Payroll Manager of the BU.
