Admin Coordinator

We are looking for Admin Coordinator based in Peschiera Borromeo.

In this Admin Coordinator role, reporting directly to the site manager and managing a team of 4 people, you will:
1. Deal with customers and the warehouse supervisor for daily activities and extraordinary activities.
2. Verify fulfillment in compliance with the assigned deadlines.
3. Extract data from management systems and obtain KPIs to share internally and with customers after analysis.
4. Extract monthly data, reconcile with customers, and handle internal input for reporting and/or invoicing.
5. Share monthly P&L results with the Site Manager.
6. Manage internal and external audits, and promote initiatives aimed at infrastructure improvement.
The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:
1. Strong experience in a similar role in a Logistics Company.
2. Skilled with the Office Suite, particularly Excel.
3. Good knowledge of English.
4. Analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines.
5. Team worker.
6. Ability to manage and motivate a team.
7. Customer-oriented attitude: able to build successful relationships with clients.
8. Good organizational and planning skills.
