TXT e-Tech is looking for Senior Model Based Design Software Engineers for the Aerospace & Defence Business Unit. The recruited resources will work at our client's site in the defence sector. The entry into the business will initially take place through a study and introduction phase, before moving on to the operational activity of developing real-time test systems.
Main activities:
Taking on requirements;ù
Model based using Simulink and MATLAB;
Implementation of real-time test systems with Speedgoat;
Collaboration with the rest of the team with multiple skills.
Necessary skills:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Model-Based Design, preferably in automotive, aerospace or industrial automation;
Strong knowledge of Simulink, including simulation, modeling, and auto-code generation (Simulink Coder / Embedded Coder);
Experience with Speedgoat and HIL/SIL testing environments;
Proficiency in Python or other OOP languages (C++, Java);
Good understanding of C language for embedded code analysis;
Familiarity with software configuration tools (Git, SVN, Jenkins, GitLab).
Nice To Have:
Experience with Stateflow;
Advanced Knowledge MATLAB scripting;
Knowledge of embedded communication protocols (CAN, LIN, SPI, UART);
Familiarity with standards such as ISO 26262, DO-178C, MIL-STD-498;
Experience with LabVIEW or similar HIL systems;
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments;
Experience in modelling complex dynamic systems;
Knowledge of IBM ToolChain (Rhapsody, DOORS);
Education: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Automation, Telecommunications, Biomedical Engineering or related.
