To continue driving our mission forward, we are looking for a Sr. People Operations Specialist to join our People & Culture team.
WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF
* HRIS Management & Optimization: ongoing management of the HRIS system to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency. Support in customizing and optimizing system functionalities;
* Absence Management: monitoring and managing leaves and absences, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations;
* Employee Contracts and Documentation Support: preparation and management of contractual documentation and administrative procedures, ensuring proper filing and updating of information;
* Compliance, Health & Safety: ensure that company practices are in line with legal and corporate regulations regarding health and safety. Monitor HR policy compliance;
* Onboarding & Offboarding: coordinate employee entry and exit processes, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive employee experience;
* Data Analytics & Reporting: HR data analysis to produce reports that support strategic decisions, monitoring KPIs such as turnover, absences, and engagement;
* Employee Requests Management: respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, leave, and other HR needs;
* Payroll, Visa & Relocation: support payroll processes, including the management of visas and international transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
* Event Support, Community & Workplace Experience: collaborate in organizing company events and team-building activities, helping to strengthen the company community;
* Benefits & Welfare: ensure effective management of benefits, identifying opportunities for improvement to increase employee satisfaction;
* Wellbeing & Company Culture: support initiatives related to wellbeing and strengthening company culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment;
* Support for P&C Department Projects: collaborate on special projects for the People & Culture department, contributing with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH
* At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in digital sector companies;
* Knowledge of the most common HRIS systems and the ability to optimize them to improve processes;
* Skills in HR data analysis and producing effective reports;
* Business proficiency in English (C1+);
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Proactive attitude and problem-solving orientation;
* Interest in company culture, employee well-being, and HR process optimization;

* Previous experience in large-scale project management.
