The Role and Candidate
The Italy Marketing Supervisor is responsible for developing and executing localized marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth in Italy. Reporting to the Country General Manager, this role ensures that POP MART’s global brand vision is effectively adapted to the local market, integrating PR, product marketing, digital campaigns, and brand partnerships.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement localised marketing strategies in line with POP MART’s global brand vision, ensuring alignment across PR, commercial marketing, and product marketing.
Strengthen POP MART’s brand presence in Italy, enhancing customer loyalty and engagement through targeted campaigns and market activations
Establish and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners, leading PR campaigns that enhance brand visibility and media coverage
Oversee social media channels, ensuring high levels of engagement and brand awareness through digital content, influencer collaborations, and community-building initiatives
Lead product launch strategies, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with local market preferences and consumer demand
manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI and brand impact
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights, adapting marketing strategies accordingly
Establish KPIs for marketing initiatives, analysing campaign effectiveness and providing data-driven recommendations for optimization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in retail, lifestyle brands, FMCG, or consumer industries
Strong expertise in brand management, PR, digital marketing, and promotional campaign execution
Experience in social media strategy, influencer marketing, and community engagement
Proven ability to develop and execute localized marketing campaigns that align with global brand strategies
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Fluent in Italian and proficiency in English
Candidate with more experience could be considered as Marketing Manager
Desirable but Not Essential
Ability in reading and/or speaking Chinese
Familiarity with Italy and European retail landscapes
Understanding of designer toy and collectible trends, particularly in the art toy market
