The Opportunity: Mattel is currently seeking a Finance Analyst for Italy & Iberia, based in Milan or Barcelona, on a temporary basis. What Your Impact Will Be: In this position, you’ll be primarily involved in benefits deductions management for Italy and Iberia, working closely with Sales, Collections, Customer Fulfillment & Accounting team. Your main responsibilities will be: Tracking and analysis of Benefit Deductions for Italy and Iberia markets, including: Benefits Deductions management and clean-up efforts with Commercial Team and Collections. Follow up on Claims deductions and preparation of credit notes clearance documentation and invoice templates for booking in AP. Support information on Audit requests. Monthly, Quarterly and Year-End Actuals Close. AR/AP management and Customer Aging follow up. What We’re Looking For: Finance experience in a similar environment would be desirable. University degree in Finance or any other related field (Bachelor / Master / Diploma). Fluent in English, Italian & Spanish. Strong MS Office knowledge. Proficient in MS Excel, being able to manipulate complex raw data. Excellent attention to detail, with a proactive nature. Able to identify and address process improvements and share expertise with others. Willingness to take responsibility and ability to learn quickly and work independently. Build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with a large number of stakeholders. Positive attitude, will-do-can-do.
