Adecco Italia Spa, Financial Services Division, for a Luxury Tour Operator with more than 60 offices around the world, is looking for an Accountant to join the Florence offices to carry out administrative/accounting tasks.
Successful candidate will be involved in the following activities:
1. Sales invoices and reconciliation customer deposits
2. Approve and pay suppliers invoices
3. Record bank and cash transactions
4. Reconciliation and recording credit card transactions
5. Reporting and base audits
The ideal candidate must have:
1. a master’s degree in business;
2. three/five years of experience in the Administration, finance and control area or experience in audit or advisory companies;
3. excellent knowledge of general ledger and accounting;
4. excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
5. excellent knowledge of English;
6. excellent interpersonal and team working skills and a flexible and dynamic approach.
