At UNOX, our Helpdesk & Infrastructure team plays a vital role in ensuring smooth IT operations across our Office and Manufacturing environments. We support employees by resolving technical issues, improving workplace efficiency, and driving innovation through new technologies.
We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist who is proactive, problem-solving, and eager to contribute to a well-functioning IT infrastructure. If you enjoy helping others, optimising systems, and working with technology, this role could be the right fit for you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues- Configure, maintain, and optimise IT devices (PCs, smartphones, printers, etc.)- Identify and prevent recurring issues by analysing root causes- Participate in technology improvement projects to enhance workplace efficiency- Monitor software licences and ensure compliance- Liaise with external IT partners when required- Document and share best practices within the IT team

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills- A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to work- Curiosity and a willingness to explore and apply new technologies- Experience providing both in-person and remote IT support- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Skills & Qualifications:
- Effective communication in Italian and English (spoken and written)- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (switching, routing, VLANs, inter-VLANs)- Understanding of PC and laptop hardware components- Experience with installing and troubleshooting operating systems (Windows, macOS) and productivity applications (Office 365, browsers, etc.)- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory is an advantage
