If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place. Who You'll Work With You will join us in our Milan office and work as part of our Mediterranean campus team. Working directly with candidates and interviewers, you will focus on the end-to-end recruiting process for top campus talent from undergraduates to postgraduates from universities across Europe using both English and Italian. At the same time, you will play an active role in contributing to the creation and implementation of our recruiting strategy in Italy and Greece. Your impact within our firm You will take ownership for the recruiting activities with selected universities and act as a key contact for candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle, including attraction, screening, selection and offer stage. In this role, you contribute to creating and driving online and off-line recruiting events and work with career services, referrals, school alumni groups and other new sources of talent. As part of our Milan-based recruiting team, you will work closely with international colleagues across the world and support management and analysis of relevant department data and systems, including candidate tracking databases. Your qualifications and skills Master's degree required 1 - 2.5 years of recruiting experience in consulting firms or complex corporations Campus recruiting in fast-paced environment is considered a strong plus Analytics and data management culture required: proficient with database management, structured pipeline management approach, KPI monitoring Self-starter with high levels of drive and desire to achieve Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build strong working relationships with candidates, recruiting colleagues and employees at all levels Ability to work collaboratively in a strong team environment, yet work independently to see projects through to completion Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail yet mindful of the big picture; ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise and to deal with high candidate volumes Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and accommodate team demands Willingness to travel to major recruiting events as needed Given our international footprint, professional knowledge of both Italian and English will be mandatory Please review the additional requirements regarding essential job functions of McKinsey colleagues.
