What you'll be doing Our dynamic Centre of Serravalle is looking for a Marketing Executive to support the Marketing Manager in executing the agreed annual marketing plan. The goal is to achieve the centre’s marketing objectives, deliver the budgeted levels of footfall and sales, and attract the desired customer profile. You will play a central role in managing the day-to-day operations of owned digital channels, including the centre’s website, social media channels, and email newsletters. Additionally, you will support the coordination of digital PR and digital advertising activities. In this role, you will focus on three key areas: Assist the Marketing Manager by liaising with the Head Office Marketing team and network agencies to develop and deliver a communication strategy to support the annual marketing plan, including PR initiatives, media, CRM, website, and sponsorship. Conduct and collate research provided by the HO marketing team and local agencies, so that the Marketing Manager has digital/competitor marketing intelligence to facilitate data driven decision-making for future activity. Develop a comprehensive social / website content plan that delivers the centre marketing objectives under the guidance of the Marketing Manager. To be successful you’ll bring Relevant marketing/PR experience in a consumer-facing company. Proven experience in managing, maintaining, and creating engaging content for social media channels. Educated to degree standard or equivalent. A Marketing/PR qualification or diploma is desirable. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
