Job Title: Logistics and Customer Service Leader
Adecco Italia Spa is seeking a skilled Logistics and Customer Service Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and planning the order flow, from inputting orders into the management system to overseeing the shipping process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prioritize tasks by coordinating with the warehouse for order management and flow planning.
* Handle communication with national authorities to request necessary certificates.
* Issue required shipping documentation, including customs documents and delivery notes.
* Manage transport providers efficiently.
* Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Knowledge of export regulations and customs documentation.
* Familiarity with national authorities for certifications and new authorizations.
* Proficiency in English (C1 level).
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
* Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
