For our IT&DATA Team in Milan, we are looking for an IT&DATA BUSINESS PARTNER - OPERATIONS. Location: Danone, Information Technology Department About the Role: Danone is seeking a skilled IT&DATA Business Partner - Operations to join the Italy Information Technology department. The ideal candidate will have a background in operations and commercial areas, with technical experience in SAP SD/MM modules and good skills in Project Management. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of daily business activities and managing project rollouts within the IT department. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage IT services related to operations and commercial areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives, providing process experiences (i.e. order to cash, distribution) Provide experience and support for SAP SD/MM modules while being open to work on other technologies to address issues and improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams locally and globally to ensure seamless integration and functionality of IT systems. Lead and manage IT projects, from planning and execution to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Monitor and maintain IT service performance, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of IT service capabilities and limitations. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. About You Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in IT service management (at least 4-5 years), with a focus on operations and commercial areas. Technical experience with SAP SD/MM modules. Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Good leadership skills to be able to influence different stakeholders.
