JAVA Software Developer (for Automated Guided Vehicles)
We are looking for a JAVA software developer with a passion for software development and a strong propensity for innovation to join our software department.
He/she will become part of a young and collaborative team, contributing to the design and development of cutting-edge software solutions for the management of a fleet of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs).
Specifically, he/she will be responsible for:
* Analysis and design: working with the team to analyse the functional and non-functional requirements of the system, defining effective and scalable technical solutions.
* Design and develop complex software components using Java 23, ensuring code quality and adherence to development standards.
* Integration: integrate fleet management systems with other systems in the plant.
* Test: perform unit, integration and system tests to ensure the correct functionality of the developed software.
* Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, analysts, testers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements:
* Diploma/Degree with a technical background in computer science or industrial automation.
* Knowledge of JAVA programming languages (especially Java 23).
* Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful services.
* Knowledge of SQL.
* At least 3 years of professional experience.
* Excellent knowledge of diagnostic procedures.
* Availability for occasional travels in Italy and abroad.
* A commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).

* Knowledge of Vaadin framework.
* Knowledge of Camel framework.
* Experience in traffic management software development.
* Results-oriented and proactive approach.
Employment contract:
* Full-time, permanent.
* Salary commensurate with profile and experience.
