Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced O&M Manuals and Training Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a group of technical writers to produce high-quality operation and maintenance documentation, arranging training courses, and ensuring effective interface management between the Design and Build team and the O&M team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation
* Ensure timely delivery of O&M documents and milestones in accordance with project schedule
* Develop and deliver Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program Plan
* Prepare Technical specifications for subcontractor's manuals and training courses
* Ensure effective prioritization of content, experience, and process improvements within the team
Requirements:

* 2-5 years' experience as a project manager or people manager with a technical documentation team
* Minimum 3 years' railway system engineering experience and knowledge of integrated systems
* Ability to develop a working knowledge of technical products, processes, and applications
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with international teams
Desired Skills:
* Experience in editing software programs
* Knowledge of Lean and Agile Organization
* Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering background
* English language proficiency
