Location:
This position is located at our property Aman Venice, in Italy.
Overview:
The housekeeping attendant will report directly to the Housekeeping Manager of the property and will work in a fast-paced environment.
The job will be on call and upon operational necessities.
Responsibilities:
1. Satisfying guests and exceeding guests’ expectations
2. Projecting a positive hotel image
3. Collecting and distributing guest laundry
4. Cleaning all the areas in the hotel as instructed by the Housekeeping Manager
5. Reporting missing or damaged items
6. Reporting lost and found items
7. Maintaining a clean & neat area of operation
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in the same role
2. Fluent in Italian and English
3. Excellent team worker and oriented to details
