Lead daily operations and create a positive working environment for your team. Your profile Graduated with a master’s degree in business or engineering. Thriving in a demanding setting where excellence and continuous learning are the primary goals. Structured, organized, and possessing a competitive yet collaborative and innovative mindset. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
