What you’ll do…
* Supporting the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing this exciting concept.
* Both guest and team experience will be at the heart of all you do. You’ll support your team by leading by example, keeping them involved and motivated; helping them feel empowered and supported, confident in providing top Hox experiences for our guests and comfortable turning to you with questions.
* Work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to create and plan initiatives and incentives, alongside a strong understanding of the guest booking and profiling system to drive revenue.
* Work closely with the Restaurant General Manager, Head Chef and Sous Chefs so that front of house and back of house are working smoothly, hand-in-hand.
* Coordinate with Restaurant Manager for everyday operation and maintain financial and administrative records.
* Gather customer feedback and recommend improvements.
* Work with the whole F&B team to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures.
* Handle guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
* Perform regular inspection of food and beverage preparation and presentation and maintain inventory to enhance sales.
* Scheduling and maintaining budgeted labour.
* Responsible for the smooth running of service on the floor and bar and safe opening and closing of the restaurant and F&B areas.
* Driving standards throughout the team through implementation of trainings, coaching, feedback and briefings for all team members in the restaurant and bar.

* 2+ years’ experience in a similar restaurant management role in a busy, bustling environment.
* A balance between a methodical and process-driven approach and flexibility and creativity when it comes to meeting deadlines and finding solutions.
* A track record of managing large teams in restaurants, kitchens and bars; you’re a natural at inspiring trust and bringing others along on a journey.
* A natural at leading and managing others, you lead by example and create an environment where your team can be their best self.
