Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategically assign incoming client leads to sales team members based on expertise, workload, and project requirements to optimize conversion rates.
2. Act as primary contact for post-sales support, resolving basic solar system issues, scheduling maintenance visits, and coordinating subcontractors for on-site services.
3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, resource allocation decisions, and service outcomes for performance analysis.
4. Collaborate with sales, technical teams, and external contractors to align resource distribution with operational capacity.
Requirements
1. 2+ years in resource allocation, customer service coordination, or related fields.
2. Professional background in surveying, construction measurement, or engineering (certifications preferred).
3. Ability to interpret technical documentation (e.g., site plans, electrical diagrams).
4. Strong organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments.
5. Native-level Italian; working English proficiency.
6. Experience in solar/renewable energy sectors or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
