With the Papernet brand, we also cater to the "Away-from-Home" sector, ensuring quality solutions for businesses and public spaces.Wherever you are, Sofidel is there, bringing comfort, quality, and sustainability to everyday life!PURPOSETo implement Group digital paid media strategies through digital publishers and media partners in order to reach digital marketing and communication objectives, promoting Group products and brands online.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESLiaises with the digital team in order to develop, implement, improve and measure digital paid media campaigns for all the Group business lines in all countriesLiaises with Line of Business Marketing teams to ensure marketing objectives, brand equity and products USPs are met in the digital paid media campaignsLiaises with external agencies to implement the process of planning, approval, ad trafficking, monitoring and reporting of digital paid media campaigns.Sets up and optimizes digital paid media campaigns on every digital property and social platformContinuously improves Group digital paid media by capturing and analyzing the appropriate data/metrics, insights, best practices and innovationsAnalyzes regularly the assigned digital media KPIs creating detailed reports and implements improvement and optimization solutionsGuarantees that digital paid media campaigns are in line with assigned targets and budgetsAssists in the digital media planning and in the media flow chart creation and updatesRelates regularly with local and international media agencies, publishers and partners in Digital media and coordinates their activityImplements and monitors the assigned budget for digital media campaigns.Participates actively in the Group digitalization processSpreads enthusiasm in the Group on digital topicsREQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITIONMust Have:Bachelor's degree in Economics or related fieldExperience in Amazon Ads, Meta Ads and Google AdsFluency in English (speaking and writing)Analytical skills and capability to master raw dataPassion and enthusiasm in new technologies and innovations in the adtech/martech ecosystemNice to have:Experience in Google Analytics monitoring and analysisKnowledge of most common online media and tracking tools (e.g. Tag manager, Dv360, Data Studio)Data analysis and reportingExperience in a similar role would be considered a plusWHAT WE OFFERThe chance to work in an international Group and a concrete opportunity for professional growthA dynamic environment based on teamworkSofidel Language Learning Programme through innovative digital platform for you and one additional user, such as family member or friend.
