Position Bulgari Italia Spa is searching for a Marketing & Communication Director for Italy and Turkey, based in Rome. The position, reporting directly to the Managing Director for Italy and Turkey, will coordinate a structured team and will be responsible for all marketing and communication activities for Jewelry, Watches, Accessories, and Perfumes, related to Retail, Wholesale and Franchisee channels. Also, working closely with the Hotels in Italy and Turkey to define together a communication strategy. For the Franchisee channel, the scope will also include Greece, Montenegro, Poland and Ukraine. Job Responsibilities Accountabilities Define, negotiate and implement the annual and long-term Marketing and communication strategy to guarantee a coherent message that reaches the company’s objectives. Craft a robust communication strategy to effectively convey the brand’s vision, values, and key messages. Manage the budget for the whole perimeter of responsibility with the ability to reallocate whenever required. Manage promotional activities for both channels including PR and Events. Set and implement the CRM strategy with yearly objectives aimed to recruit, retain and upgrade Bulgari clients’ portfolio, working closely with the stores to further develop a CRM mindset approach. Define and implement an effective marketing strategy to support Bulgari Business Partners in the region of responsibility. Create and manage the portfolio of Brand Ambassadors to amplify the positioning of Bulgari in the markets. Analyse & monitor the market of reference in terms of competitors' activities and trends. Contribute to creating synergies with Europe and Corporate Marketing department. Closely work with the European team to create a strong and effective media plan. Profile Qualifications / Professional Capabilities This position requires a mix of analytical, creative, and leadership skills to support business objectives. At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role as a leader of a marketing department within the luxury business or equivalent. Fluency in Italian and English. Budget and reporting skills.
