At Bozzetto Group, we offer a dynamic, diverse, and international workplace with excellent growth opportunities.Position overviewThe candidate will be responsible for marketing and sales strategy, sales management and technical support in Europe and Americas to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction, combining technical expertise with strategic sales skills. Our Technical Sales will operate in the MMF Business Line, focusing on our chemicals used in Cellulosic and Synthetic fiber production and will report to the Business Line Manager.Key Responsibilities:Identify customer needs, present tailored technical solutions, and build long-term business relationships with clients.Act as link between customers, R&D and Supply Chain (production, planning and purchase) on product development.Troubleshooting: management of significant customer quality issues with analysis of the possible causes and proposal of technical solutions. Technical support for the business segment: customer technical training, attendance at exhibitions, joint visits with distributors.Collaborate with internal R&D and product development teams to tailor solutions for specific customer requirements.Provide on-site technical assistance and troubleshooting for customers during production trials.Train customers and partners on product use, benefits, and proper integration into their processes.Introduce and track KPIs to validate the effectiveness of current/new products.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Material Sciences, or technical education in a textile related fieldProven experience (minimum 5 years) in the MMF industry, in marketing and sales positions or in customer technical supportExcellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills; value-added solution sellingStrong negotiation and problem-solving skillsHigh proficiency in IT tools (Excel, Word, Web tools); knowledge of SAP is a plusMandatory use of English (technical and commercial), German is a plusWillingness to travel (EU and extra EU)
