The Coesia Young Professional Program (YPP) is a dedicated learning and development path for fresh graduates, designed to support your first career steps within a leading global organization through a structured 2-year program.
We are looking for a Customer Service Planner to join our Customer Service department, managing service interventions and machine installations. In this role you will manage and draft technical documentation in order to support the department and plan and manage travel of technical service personnel for external customers.
You will be fully trained and guided in this role.

The position is based in Fiorano Modenese (MO), Italy.
What you need to be successful:
* Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent;
* Previous experience in Customer Service Operations department or Planning activities is appreciated;
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical issues and find effective solutions;
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, internal teams, and other stakeholders;
* Fluency in English. A second language is a plus;
* Experienced with Microsoft Office (word, power point, excel, etc).
