As an Account Executive you'll help us sell our product to new customers. You'll talk to potential clients, show them how our software works, and follow up with them to close the sale. You'll be the one to start the conversation, understand what they need, and present our product in a way that meets their needs. To do this job well, you should be motivated, take initiative, and be able to communicate clearly in both Spanish and English.
Coreties is a bootstrapped company which means that we're moving extremely fast without tertiary involvement from investors and boards. A track-record in early stage start-up & scale-up is pre because of the active involvement in the whole cycle from product design to launch, and ultimately customer success.
Responsibilities
* Demo calls with prospect customers and follow-ups to close prospect accounts
* Conduct outbound prospecting in the form of cold calling based on internal lead lists.
* Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and decision-making processes – the information is directly sourced from the Coreties platform so you are using the same information we provide to our customers
* Educate prospects about Coreties products/services and communicate how they can address their specific needs.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and refine messaging to resonate with the target audience.
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
* Achieve weekly/monthly quotas for qualified meetings set for the sales team.
* Navigate new product offerings with Marketing and Tech team
* Focus on Italian freight forwarder & container carrier market.
Qualifications
* Native / Fluent in Spanish, both in spoken and written communication
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
* Proven experience in a similar role on B2B sales
* Experience in Freight Forwarding or Shipping
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
* Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
