MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Providing support to Managers in the delivery of client service and completion of audit engagements
2. Interacting daily with the leadership of the engagements
3. Conducting audits based on IFRS and ISA and providing advice according to international best practices
4. Being actively involved in the most challenging areas of the audit including areas of judgements and estimates
5. Engaging in constant communication with clients and maintaining client relations on a day-to-day basis
6. Reporting audit issues to the audit manager on a timely basis
7. Participating in the design and implementation of the Audit Plan
8. Managing people and time ensuring excellent execution and provision of outstanding services to the clients
9. Developing suitable solutions through discussion in audit teams and with clients
10. Working with high profile clients on a variety of local and international engagements
11. Performing a variety of assurance and testing work for clients
CANDIDATE PROFILE
1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting
2. ACA/ ACCA/ CPA qualified. Candidates close to acquiring their ACA/ ACCA qualification will also be considered
3. 3-4 years of relevant experience in a reputable Professional Services Firm
4. Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
5. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
6. Can-do attitude
7. Strong analytical skills
8. Ability to work under pressure and achieve results, whilst maintaining a client-focused approach
9. Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
10. Strong computer literacy
