As the leader of our global Total Rewards function, you'll collaborate closely with our HR teams to create a seamless and consistent experience for our people worldwide. Your influence will extend beyond strategy; you'll be a key player in nurturing growth within our HR community.
Additionally, we need someone who can roll up their sleeves and be a hands-on Total Rewards partner for our global teams with a focus on EU region, bringing your expertise directly to the heart of our global operations. You'll also be responsible for designing Compensation & Benefits systems on a global level, creating rewards that drive high performance across our organization.

* Craft and communicate a rewards philosophy that resonates across all levels of our organization. Seamlessly integrate total rewards strategies with our employee value proposition and champion our diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
* Collaborate for Maximum Impact: Partner with senior leadership and both local and global HR teams to uncover and seize opportunities for elevating our rewards offerings.
* Elevate Benefits Offerings: Spearhead the design and management of comprehensive employee benefits programs—from health insurance to wellness initiatives—ensuring our employees feel genuinely valued and supported.
* Champion Compliance: Own all compliance and regulatory updates, guaranteeing our programs meet global standards and regulations.
* Operational EU TR Expertise: Bring your substantial experience in operationalizing Total Rewards strategies within the European Union to the table, ensuring our practices align with regional regulations and market trends.
* Conduct Market Surveys: Lead the creation and analysis of market surveys to benchmark our compensation and benefits against industry standards, ensuring our offerings remain competitive.
* Ensure Compliance: Oversee compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to Total Rewards, including tax laws, labor laws, and reporting requirements.
* Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics to inform and optimize Total Rewards strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee needs.
* Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to ensure the effective delivery of benefits programs and services.
* Employee Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure employees understand and appreciate their total rewards package.
* Performance Management: Integrate Total Rewards with performance management systems to drive high performance and employee engagement.

With over a decade of experience in rewards management, you have consistently demonstrated your ability to design and implement successful global compensation and benefits programs. Your expertise in navigating the complex landscape of compliance and regulatory requirements surrounding these programs is unparalleled. You possess a results-driven mindset, coupled with exceptional analytical and project management skills. Your creative problem-solving abilities and commitment to continuous improvement set you apart as a leader in the field.
