Your Role: Location Management
* You'll take on the independent leadership and establishment of your location, working closely with central departments to oversee day-to-day operations on-site.
* You'll implement existing standards and processes, while contributing your own ideas to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of vehicle returns, handovers, and vehicle preparation.
* You'll maintain constant communication with all international teams to ensure ongoing improvements and best practices are shared across locations.
* As a Team Leader, you'll motivate and lead your on-site team, including onboarding, effective task planning, and quality control.
* You'll have control over building your team and seeking the right talent for your location.
* You'll always have an overview of the local vehicle fleet for rental and sales, ensuring documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners are up to date.
* You'll advise customers on our products, including myroadsurfer, abo, spots, and rent, and send them out as happy roadsurfers on the roads of Europe.
What We're Looking For
* A successfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area, or comparable qualification.
* At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in areas such as car rental, tourism, or similar - career changers are welcome.
* Experience in leading employees or teams is advantageous.
* High service and customer orientation, with a friendly and open demeanor.
* You must be a hands-on and effective communicator, able to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and external partners.
* You should be a resilient problem solver and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent English language skills are required, as well as fluency in the language of the country you apply for.
* A driver's license Class B is also essential.
