PRIMARY FUNCTION:
In synergy with the Brand Communication manager, the Brand Communication Specialist is responsible for defining the strategies of the presence of the media.
Through promotion activities, he/she can improve the visibility of the company and increase the number of users in target reached / achieved.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Monitor and report competitors' websites and their online behavior, granting consistency across the board to have best in class references;
2. Plan & coordinate photo/video production (for brochures, website, advertising);
3. Create local communication material and new brochures development;
4. Manage the Press Relation External Agency and the Press relation in the major location (define the press releases, organize press events);
5. Gather the information from the web agencies and report on a monthly basis the website analytics related to corporate portals, dedicated product microsite, special project landing pages;
6. Management on ordinary content maintenance of the above websites;
7. Operative support of all European digital marketing activities;
8. Support the BOS (Brochure Ordering System) management and brochures sales control;
9. Work in conjunction with web agencies and ICT partners, granting consistency over the projects;
10. Work in conjunction with the Brand Communication Manager and the Product Marketing team for the creation of material (brochures);
11. Support and coordinate field market when supplying contents.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
1. Degree in Marketing / Communication or equivalent experience in marketing area
2. Software packages knowledge (word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, photo manipulation programs etc.)
3. Presentation skills
4. Fluent English
5. Team player and problem solver
6. Be a self-starter, assertive and confident, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Be accurate
