S/he hierarchically reports to the Group Solution Marketing Manager Food Retail.
The Marketing Unit Food Retail is a team dedicated to identifying, defining, launching, and promoting solutions to cope with customers’ needs.
Solutions are made of a variety of electronic and mechanical elements, as well as software applications, and are meant to control the refrigeration part of Food Retail shops, which includes refrigerated display cabinets, condensing units, compressor racks, and other subsystems.
MAIN GOAL
For our Solution Marketing department, we are looking for a Group Application Manager for the Food Retail vertical. She/He will lead the growth of the assigned applications from a global perspective.
Within the role, s/he:
* Master a deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, technological market trends, and regulations framework.
* Develop the current marketing segmentation.
* Develop a successful product and solution offer according to market segment value proposition.
* Listen to customer voice and analyze customer feedback to improve the product offer.
* Evaluate the development of new products/solutions by exploring customer requirements, defining value proposition, building business plans, orchestrating price positioning, launch activities, and promotion.
* Evaluate new potential market niches close to the assigned applications.
* Drive effective internal and external communication.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Communication department to define communication plans, launch promotions, commercial materials, marketing campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
* Evaluate and execute promotional initiatives with Regional Marketing.
* Present the products portfolio to the Regional Marketing with dedicated events, trainings, or supporting customer visits.
* Collaborate with other departments like product platforms, R&D, services, and manufacturing to ensure a successful product deployment.
