JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for someone that will support both the sales and stock management. The candidate will work as a “brand ambassador,” conveying the Brand’s philosophy and values. They will be responsible for maximizing sales performance by fostering relationships with customers, developing Brand loyalty, providing a unique experience in our store, and guiding clients into our world.
The candidate will also manage stock in terms of KPIs, Corporate guidelines, and procedures. They will facilitate the selling process through impeccable stock maintenance and minimize stock losses, ensuring the implementation of guidelines from the Store Operations Department and Store Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
2. Maintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools.
3. Be proactively engaged in cross-selling with all Departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate Brand and product knowledge.
6. Effectively deal with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
7. Ensure and maintain high standards on the shop floor and visual display, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to ensuring a high level of security and be attentive to prevent product thefts.
9. Ensure the safety of products and valuable materials in the warehouse during the handling process.
10. Properly manage daily goods receipt, arrange merchandise following Corporate procedures, and prepare products for the sales floor and special areas.
11. Organize, manage, and perform product counting and stock-takes.
12. Assure the right product flow tracking through the SAP system.
13. Manage product flow during Repairs.
14. Manage stockroom activities related to Markdown.
15. Guarantee returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce delivery following corporate guidelines and deadlines.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
* Fluent spoken English expected; other languages desirable.
* High affinity for luxury products.
* High sense of responsibility.
* Able to work in a team as well as independently.
* Organized and detail-oriented.
* Mature and assertive.
* Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
* Interest in luxury/fashion, art, and design.
