Fri-El Green Power S.p.A., a leader in the production of energy from renewable sources, particularly in the wind energy sector, is seeking a Junior Operations Manager to strengthen its team at the headquarters in Bolzano. The O&M department manages the company's assets comprehensively, handling the technical and commercial operation of the plants: from performance monitoring to coordinating and implementing maintenance strategies. With over 70 specialized technicians, we manage and maintain approximately 1 GW of wind farms, a number that is continuously growing. The candidate, who will join the O&M department, will be responsible for managing the preventive and predictive activities performed by the service company on the wind farms owned by the group. They will also provide operational support for extraordinary maintenance activities. Specifically, the role will include: Supporting the Manager and the Management Team in daily operational activities. Managing regular maintenance, overseeing planning, contractual compliance, timelines, and quality of interventions. Analyzing faults and operational performance, identifying recurring errors in turbines and components, and optimizing the duration and efficiency of activities. Monitoring predictive data, analyzing reports on oil analysis, vibration CMS, etc., and planning medium-to-long-term interventions with the Area Supervisors. Supporting the Major Component Manager by preparing technical reports for activities involving major components, as well as assisting with planning and archiving data. Contributing to the optimization of internal procedures and management software to improve operational efficiency. Requirements: Master's degree in engineering (preferably electrical, mechanical, or energy engineering). Willingness to work at heights and to travel nationally and internationally. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Good knowledge of English. Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and goal-oriented, even under pressure.
