Job Description
Main objectives of the role:
* Define and guide the strategic plan aimed at achieving the company's growth objectives, consolidating a leadership position in the current market and developing within new markets and internationally.
* Manage M&A operations aimed at the acquisition and integration of new companies, maximizing industrial, organizational and commercial synergies and accelerating the growth of the company.
* Collaborate with the private equity fund / shareholders in defining a clear and ambitious growth strategy aimed at achieving the defined economic, financial and capital objectives.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for:
* Strengthening the company's presence in global markets, identifying new business opportunities by building strategic relationships with customers, distributors and industrial partners.
* Identify growth opportunities in target markets, with a particular focus on brand development through better market positioning, implementing sales and marketing strategies aimed at maximizing margins and acquiring new customers.
* Identify, evaluate and negotiate acquisition or partnership opportunities to strengthen the company's position in the market, focusing on strategic partnerships with manufacturers, proposing innovative technical and technological solutions for a 'push' approach to the market.
* Increase the visibility of the Group's brands, enhance the brand concept and communicate its distinctive values.
* Promote a company culture based on innovation, operational excellence, performance and teamwork.
* Prepare the annual/multi-year plan of production, operational and commercial activities, verify the results achieved, draw up periodic reports on the progress and plan the lines of future development also through the coordination and optimization of the operational and planning activities of a company, to make them more effective and functional to the business.
* Guide the organization during the transformation phases, ensuring operational continuity and growth, favoring the operational and strategic integration of the four companies, promoting synergies between the different realities to maximize efficiency and results.
* Optimize the company structure and industrial processes, guaranteeing high quality standards and promoting the adoption of innovative technological solutions to increase the company's competitiveness.
* Strengthening relationships with the company's main stakeholders and industrial partners.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Applicant:
* Proven experience in leadership roles within structured industrial groups operating at an international level, with a successful track record in business development, brand positioning and strategic marketing.
* In-depth knowledge of the automotive market, motor sports and high-performance mechanical components, and experience in managing investment fund companies, with a strong focus on value creation.
* Leader with a strategic vision and an operational and practical approach, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to work with international and multi-company stakeholders, managing complex relationships.
* Degree in Economics, Energy Engineering, Management, or related fields. An MBA or other postgraduate qualifications is preferred.
* Excellent written and spoken English skills.
