Responsibilities
You will respond to the Engineering and Maintenance Manager and perform maintenance engineering activities on industrial machines and plants for production, packaging, and services, developing technical and transversal skills in one of the leading processes in the productive area.
* Prioritize and optimize the existing preventive maintenance plan, taking into account corrective maintenance data to minimize breakdowns and optimize operational efficiency.
* Plan improvement interventions.
* Interface with other company functions to optimize self-maintenance, instructions, and related standards; participate in multidisciplinary work groups for continuous improvement.
* Interface with machine and component manufacturers; order and manage the stock of spare parts in the warehouse to ensure the correct availability of the necessary parts.
* Plan and participate in tests and trials of new products, packs, and plants, interfacing with reference functions (Production, Engineering, R&D, Procurement), managing process data related to corporate information systems.
* Identify opportunities and find solutions together with the work group for each specific situation, using diagnostic tools for problem-solving and ensuring that equipment works safely and efficiently.
* Organize and provide ongoing training programs for the Maintenance team in occupational safety, food safety, and process efficiency areas.
* Ensure the accuracy and constant maintenance of registration platforms and related technical sheets for preventive maintenance activities, analyzing data to continuously improve processes.
* Participate in the management of packaging, both for the existing packaging fleet and for innovative packs, ensuring compliance with standards established with suppliers.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
* Previous experience of at least one/two years in an industrial setting.
* Techincal skills in Project Management and Root Cause Analysis.
* Able to solve problems quickly and effectively, with an analytical approach.
* Excellent communication, relational, and teamwork skills.
* Good knowledge of the English language.
* Good digital and computer skills.
