YOUR TASKS:
* Plan and organize work tasks in the respective area.
* Lead and supervise the Commis de Partie.
* Ensure proper storage and handling of all raw materials and foodstuffs.
* Maintain cleanliness and compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP).
Requirements
What we expect from you:
* A completed apprenticeship in the catering trade.
* Experience in the upscale hospitality industry.
* At least 2 years of professional experience as a Chef de Partie.
* Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and resilience.
* Ability to work independently.
* Punctuality and honesty.
