What You’ll Do:
As a Production Worker, you’ll play a key role in our production process, ensuring quality products every step of the way. Responsibilities include:
* Loading raw materials and monitoring production machines
* Inspecting finished products to ensure quality and compliance with standards
* Completing manufacturing paperwork accurately and on time
* Keeping your work area clean and adhering to safety protocols
* Following documented procedures and collaborating with your team to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For:
* Skills: Basic math, strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and excellent teamwork.
* Physical Abilities: Regularly lift up to 30 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and stand for prolonged periods. Must perform repetitive tasks and use small tools or materials.
* Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience.
* Requirements: Closed-toe footwear, no jewelry or fragrances, and the ability to wear required PPE.
