Your opportunity
With the aim of enhancing the Control Tower practices in place at Central HQ, we are looking for a passionate, curious and creative person capable to support the enhancement of an E2E cross-functional approach towards the full end-to-end distribution perimeter, including the Regional Logistics and Transport. You will work closely with all Kering Group Operation departments with the aim of delivering best in class services towards our Brands.
How you will contribute
1. Identify possible area of improvement regarding current Kering E2E Control Tower approach
2. Study and propose recommendations to upscale the current model, with emphasis on quick wins (technological advances or communication improvements)
3. Support on new Collection Launches & special urgencies for the Brands, from Brands needs acknowledgment to requirements fulfillment
4. Monitor regularly E2E KPIs, with a specific focus on proactively spotting issues and working towards their resolutions
5. Conduct performance analysis to ensure the correct execution of Distribution flows
6. Develop and maintain ad-hoc framework to share with Fashion Houses Supply Chain Department the overall status of Logistics
7. Ensure data accuracy by performing regular checks, identifying, and reporting data quality issues
Who you are
8. Graduate or soon to be graduated in STEM fields
9. You are interested in topics such as supply chain and distribution management, KPIs and data management, customer relationship management
10. You have excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
11. You are effective and positive team player with a collaborative and proactive approach
12. You are customer oriented and you have problem solving attitude
13. You are creative and deeply curious
14. You have good communication and social skills
15. You are proficient in MS Office tools, in particular Excel and Power Point; the knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus
16. You are fluent in English and Italian, both spoken and written
