Key Responsibilities:
* Management and maintenance of IT equipment (workstations, peripherals)
* Administration and operation of local systems
* Software management and installation
* Technical support for users (hardware and software)
* Managing back-ups of internal applications and servers
* Introducing new users to IT resources
* Raising users' awareness of IT security and best practice rules
* Helping to manage IP telephony, assisting users and maintaining installations
* Management and maintenance of video projection and videoconferencing facilities
* Manage smartphone and support users
* Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
* Assistance and technical support for users in the use of video projection and videoconferencing facilities
* Manage asset management
* Phone system support
Requirements:
