We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef with at least six months of experience in a similar role to support the Main Chef in preparing breakfasts and lunches. We seek someone passionate about working with high-quality ingredients, carefully selected for their environmental sustainability. This role also offers the opportunity to gain front-of-house experience during some afternoon hours, providing a 360-degree view of both kitchen operations and direct customer interaction.
