Job Description
The Commis de Rang is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests.
Under the supervision of the manager, the Commis de Rang will:
* Manage the preparation of the restaurant service with colleagues to ensure impeccable service to guests.
* Take care of guests' needs in a professional and warm manner.
* Act as the contact person for guests for any culinary questions or requests.
Requirements:
* Training in the hotel or restaurant sector.
* Professional experience in the role, preferably in high-level gastronomy.
* Good knowledge of German and English.
* PASSION FOR HOSPITALITY, AUTONOMY IN THE ROLE, TEAM SPIRIT, AND WILLINGNESS TO HELP COLLEAGUES.
* The ideal candidate is an open person, willing to accept new challenges and to continuously develop.
