ARAG S.r.l, develops, produces, and provides components and systems for spraying, weeding, and crop protection, aimed at the precision agriculture sector. We are looking for a Responsabile Industrializzazione for our Operations Division.
The selected candidate will be responsible for defining various aspects of the industrialization project to be developed (objectives, phases, execution methods, timelines, costs, validation methods, and parameters). Ensure the coordination and integration of activities carried out internally with those performed by external suppliers to maintain constant and efficient project control at all stages. Coordinate the global validation phases (productivity, quality, safety) of the equipment. Interface with external suppliers involved in various project activities to ensure compliance with established methods and timelines.
In particular:
1. Convokes and coordinates the work team during industrialization meetings, in conjunction with other company functions to evaluate and define the production and testing methods of a new product, highlighting critical issues, defining standard processing cycles, documentation, and supporting equipment for production and testing.
2. Conducts internal design activities and develops projects related to assembly equipment, testing benches, and molds for plastic materials, also handling market research for suppliers, contractual negotiations, payment methods, and purchase orders.
3. Manages the phases from request to design, including the contractual phase, up to the issuance of the order. Also responsible for managing delivery times, prompting suppliers as necessary.
4. Specifically analyzes assembly processes, verifying the overall project and potential issues; studies all necessary equipment, analyzing the draft for the realization of the equipment.
5. Follows the design or modification of molds at external suppliers, verifying the project and compliance with specifications; signs the approval of the mold.
6. Supervises the project development activities of assembly equipment, testing benches, and plastic molds of his collaborators, providing them with a specific database with the order of processing priority and collected technical data, project design, and mold approval. Verifies the equipment development, including interventions made for its final arrangement.
7. Handles the maintenance of assembly equipment and machines.
8. Manages the realization of prototypes concerning internal production.
Required Profile
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Previous experience in structured environments in the design and industrialization of machinery and equipment for production
Good knowledge of production processes and all its aspects (mechanical, electrical, automation, and molding).
Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite, 2D/3D design software, and project management tools
Ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels in multifunctional teams.
Good team spirit.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High proficiency in spoken and written English.
