Main Responsibilities:
We aim to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and service quality in guest rooms, public areas, and employee spaces, adhering to Park Hyatt standards.
* Ensure customer satisfaction from arrival to departure by following standards and procedures.
* Promote exceptional guest service and recognize opportunities to exceed expectations.
* Monitor and address guest requests and room servicing needs promptly.
* Maintain cleanliness and service standards in all areas of responsibility.
* Complete special projects in a timely manner.
* Foster a collaborative team environment with a hands-on approach.
* Utilize equipment and cleaning supplies correctly, adhering to safety and security protocols.
* Enforce grooming standards among colleagues.
* Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
Qualifications:
