Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Interior Designers and inspire them to strengthen the uniqueness of the IKEA identity in range presentation and home furnishing solutions. Gather and translate insights from home visit interviews into locally relevant, functional, aesthetic, and commercial home furnishing solutions. Create the store Showroom matrix reflecting a variety of styles, living situations, and price levels. Ensure high-quality execution of home furnishing solutions using global tools and best practices. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about home furnishing, retailing, and trends to support workshops generating creative directions. Support the development of the department action plan with interior design initiatives focused on business growth. Recruit and develop Interior Designers and secure succession planning. Minimize disruption and communicate changes when working on the shop floor. Contribute to the national Interior Design Managers network and share directions and tools. Qualifications: Significant experience as an interior designer. Interior design-based education. Proven success in leading creative processes. Passion for home furnishing and understanding of life at home. Customer-focused mindset and clear communication skills. Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively. Computer proficient with knowledge of relevant software. Fluency in Italian and English.
